Iowa to reinstate ‘Voice of the Hawkeyes’ Dolphin for spring football | Public Announcements

IOWA City — Iowa participate in-by-participate in announcer Gary Dolphin, who was suspended previous 7 days for likening Maryland’s Bruno Fernando to “King Kong” just after a video game, will be reinstated just after the stop of the period.
