Needless to say the 2018 season has been a let down for Iowa football fans everywhere. It’s not every season that the Iowa Hawkeyes have as much as talent as this 2018 team, which is why the four losses in ten games stings so bad in addition to how Iowa has lost those games. In every game, the Iowa football team has been in the game until the very end and for whatever reason, they have failed to close the deal.

It’s one of those years where the ball seems to bounce the opposite direction of Iowa’s favor every single team. Just take a look at how the Iowa football team has lost each of their games:

While this season may be a disappointment if compared to the high expectations fan had, next season has the chance to be what this season couldn’t.
