DES MOINES, Iowa. (KCRG) – The Iowa Hawkeyes (8-2) were dominant from start to finish in a 77-54 win over Northern Iowa (4-6) Saturday night. The 54 points allowed are the fewest that Iowa has allowed all season.
Junior Tyler Cook finished with 17 points and a game-high 13 rebounds, giving him his third double-double of the year. He also netted his 1,000th career point early in the second half.
Junior Jordan Bohannon also set a milestone by hitting his 200th career three-pointer by knocking home a triple in the first half.
Iowa’s next action comes on Tuesday as they host Western Carolina.
